1. If you forget to put sugar in while making a cake, it will not turn out correctly.
2. If you put a Pyrex pan on a hot burner, it will explode. If this pan has a freshly baked sopapilla cheesecake in it, it will make a huge gooey, glass filled mess.
(Unfortunately these lessons were learned in a span of two days. I do not recommend trying them out for yourself. Just take my word on it.)

Wow I bet that cake was yummy! :) hee hee. And to make you feel better I have been there with the exploding Pyrex - it was a plate in my situation. Not fun. Although my plate was empty - can't imagine the mess! Sopapilla cheesecake sounds yummy - may need that recipe! And wow both incidents in two days - maybe the pregnancy is getting to you! :)-Kel
